IRON KELD REPAIRS
Iron Keld Repairs has set up shop on the second floor of our climbing wall, bringing expert outdoor gear repairs right to your doorstep. Whether it’s a torn jacket, a broken zip, or well-loved kit in need of a little TLC, Lauren’s specialist skills will help you get more life out of your gear and keep you ready for your next adventure.
By repairing rather than replacing, she not only saves you money but also help reduce waste—so your kit (and the planet) can keep going strong. She’ll also be running hands-on workshops, giving you the skills and confidence to tackle simple repairs yourself.
How it works
- Check the price list to get an idea of cost.
- Send some photos and a brief description of the item to be repaired. You can message her on WhatsApp, Instagram, email or phone.
- She will send you a quote and offer repair & colour options and turnaround time .
- Drop the item off at her workshop here at the wall or post to her. Please make sure items are clean and dry and include a note with your contact details.
- Once your repair is complete, you will receive an invoice and payment link. You can also pay with Paypal or cash / card when you collect if you prefer.
Good to know
- If posting, you will receive a tracking number.
- Return postage is £5 for Royal Mail Tracked 48 (small parcel). Check the shipping page for more options.
- Waterproof garments must be washed but not re-proofed. The fabric must be clean for adhesives to bond, and re-proofers act as a non-stick agent which prevents adhesion.

Zip repairs, Velcro replacement, stitching, seam work, patches, alterations, waterproofs, buckle repairs, and work on tents and sleeping bags are just some of the services available. You’ll find everything you need to keep your kit in top shape and ready for whatever the outdoors throws at you.
