Workshops

All workshops only £5!

Post-Comp Recovery Yoga

w/ Karolina Bezaraite

A relaxed post-competition yoga class to help your body recover after a full day of climbing.

The session will be led by Karolina, who has been practicing yoga for almost 10 years and is a climber herself. The class will focus on deep, gentle stretches to release tension, improve mobility, and support recovery after the competition.

You’re welcome to book on even if you’re not climbing in the comp!

Comp Movements

w/ Mel Adam

This session will look at what gets in our way in climbing and how to coach ourselves through it. Together, you’ll explore what it really means when success = learning, not achievement.
